I’m still interested

I keep trying to get the perfect brew. I always taste the soft strawberry note, however I’m desperately seeking the green astringency to balance it. Today, I got close to uncovering the perfect balance for my palate; brewing a little warmer than the instructions and leaving for 10-15 minutes to steep.
