While all "true" teas come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, caffeine levels vary based on processing and brewing. On average, tea contains 30–50% less caffeine than coffee, offering a steady, focused energy boost without the crash.

Hikari Reserve is an organic, culinary grade matcha specifically crafted for those who want a premium, refined and balanced taste in everyday use.
- Origin & Cultivation: Crafted with Yabukita, Okumidori, and Tsuyuhikari cultivars, this organic matcha is shade-grown for up to three weeks in Kagoshima Prefecture, freshly ground and packed in Japan.
- Flavour Profile: Features a vibrant green colour with rich umami, smooth vegetal depth, and a delicate natural sweetness.
- Best Uses: Perfect for matcha lattes, iced matcha, desserts, and baking, though refined enough to be savoured on its own.
Ceremonial Green Matcha represents the pinnacle of matcha craftsmanship, traditionally reserved for Japanese tea rituals and designed for pure enjoyment.
- Leaf Selection & Origin: Crafted from a refined blend of first and second flush tea leaves (higher proportion of first harvest). Sourced from Kagoshima, Miyazaki, and Shizuoka.
- Cultivars: A considered blend of Okumidori, Saemidori, Yutakamidori, and Yabukita cultivars.
- Flavour Profile: Exceptionally smooth and delicate, with natural sweetness, gentle umami, and a clean, rounded finish.

The "strongest" black tea depends on whether you mean caffeine content or flavour intensity:
- Assam: Bold and full-bodied with rich malty depth. High in caffeine.
- Lapsang Souchong: Intense, smoky flavour traditionally dried over pinewood.
- Royal Ceylon Breakfast: Strong and malty — a true taste of Ceylon.
- English Breakfast: A classic, full-bodied blend of Sri Lankan black teas.
