Escape to a tropical paradise with this harmonious mix of tropical fruits blended with Tea Drops very own golden girl to create a creamy and refreshing drink.

What you need:

• 1 passion fruit
• 4 large oranges
• 1 large ripe mango
• 1.5 tsp turmeric latte in 200ml water
• 2 tablespoon sugar (optional)

How to make smoothie

Cut the passion fruit in half scoop out the pulp into a bowl and beat it with a fork to extract pulp from the seeds. Now strain this into your blender.

Add rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend till smooth and creamy consistency is reached.

We think its safe to say everyone loves a sweet bite of something after dinner. Matcha is known for its distinctive aroma and flavour. So we brought our love for matcha and white chocolate and made our version of matcha truffles. You can never go wrong with a truffle or two - or an entire box. We are not judging. 

Ingredients (aprx. 20-25 serves)

• 100ml heavy cream
• 2 tbsp Tea Drop Matcha Powder
• 250g white chocolate, chopped fine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Topping Ideas (optional)

• Chocolate coating white/dark/milk
• Chocolate sprinkles
• Chopped nuts
• Coconut flakes

How to make

In a heat-proof bowl add heavy cream, vanilla extract and matcha powder and whip together.

note : add matcha powder using a fine mesh strainer to make sure there are no clumps.

Add the chopped chocolate to the bowl and melt over simmering hot water at very low heat. Stir to become a uniform colour.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Use an ice cream scoop and portion out truffle onto parchment paper.
Roll each truffle between your palms till you create a perfect ball, don’t worry our hands got messy too.
If the truffles get too soft don’t worry, place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Coat truffle with preferred topping (this is optional).

Ingredients: - 1 litre of filtered cold water, 10g of South Melbourne Breakfast loose-leaf tea, sparkling water & lemonade.

Instructions:  Add 1 litre of filtered cold water to a pitcher or jug and add 10g of South Melbourne Breakfast loose leaf tea. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Fill a glass with ice. And then add halfway with lemonade and then sparkling water and give it a quick stir. Slowly top it up with cold brewed South Melbourne Breakfast.

Passion Rooibos Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients: - 1 litre of filtered cold water, 10g of Passion Rooibos loose-leaf tea, 15ml passion fruit juice & honey.

Instructions:  Add 1 litre of filtered cold water to a pitcher or jug and add 10g of Passion Rooibos loose leaf tea. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Pour into a glass filled with ice with 15ml of passion fruit juice and add 1tsp of honey and stir.

Flourless Chocolate Gingerbread Loaf by Elise Pulbrook

Serves: 12 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Baking time: 30-40 minutes

This Flourless Chocolate Gingerbread Loaf, created by Elise, blends rich dark chocolate with the festive, warming spices of gingerbread, making it the ideal dessert for your Christmas gatherings. By using Tea Drop’s Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Powder as a key ingredient, Elise has crafted a loaf that is both delicious and beautifully spiced, perfect for anyone looking for a gluten-free treat to celebrate the season.

Ingredients:

• 200g brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 100g 70% dark chocolate (chopped or buttons)
• 150ml extra virgin olive oil
• 60g Tea Drop Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Powder, plus extra for dusting
• 200ml boiling water
• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 1 tsp salt
• 330g natural almond meal (skin on)
• 1 tsp bicarb soda
• 1 tsp baking powder

Method:

1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced) and line a loaf tin.

2. Melt the Chocolate: Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water until melted.

3. Whisk the Eggs and Sugar: Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, whisk the eggs and sugar for about 4 minutes on medium speed until light in colour and fluffy in texture. With the mixer running, gradually drizzle in 100g of olive oil, continuing to mix until emulsified.

4. Prepare the Wet Ingredients: Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the remaining 50g of olive oil, Tea Drop Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Powder, vanilla, salt, and boiling water. Add the water gradually to avoid shocking the chocolate mixture. Once cool enough to touch, pour the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while the stand mixer is running on low.

5. Fold in Dry Ingredients: Turn off the mixer and fold in the almond meal, bicarb soda, and baking powder.

6. Bake the Loaf: Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

7. Dust and Serve: Once baked, dust the loaf with additional Tea Drop Gingerbread Hot Chocolate Powder for an extra festive touch. Serve sliced with ice cream, cream, or seasonal berries for a perfect Christmas dessert.
